This is a utility to facilitate the changing of Spec files in SFC I and II.  This program is the BETA version, so I would suggest backing up your original spec files (although the program should do this).  This is only the second (useful :-) ) program that I have created in Visual Basic, however it SHOULD NOT alter your SFC installation (other than the spec files).
